In this paper, combined with the construction of grid portraits, considering the differences between grids, and by sorting out the influencing factors of grid operation and maintenance costs, such as geographical location, operating environment, load density, economic level, safety and stability, a combined weight-based method is proposed. The cost optimization adjustment model corrects the grid operation and maintenance cost, realizes the fine evaluation and dynamic improvement of the operation and inspection standard cost level, and meets the needs of power grid operation management and cost refinement development under the new situation.
At present, the profound changes in the international and domestic situation may cause continuous weak consumption and investment, will bring more uncertain impact on the power grid enterprise management, at the same time in the competition, supervision and performance pressure intensified, it is necessary to improve the utilization efficiency of the distribution network equipment assets, so it must be around the distribution network equipment assets management decision optimization support. This paper combines the concept of grid, referring to the existing results, considers applicability, improvement, accessibility and other factors, constructs multi-attribute evaluation index system, calculates hierarchical analysis, and divides different grids with power distribution system planning theory and management decision under the new situation.
