Graduated in Biomedical Engineering with a Master's Degree at the Politecnico di Milano, Italy, I started my experience with an In-vivo evaluation of the efficacy of three different cardiac stabilizers during off-pump coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Through motion analysis by images elaboration, we determined the 3D movement of the graft (Interactive Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Journal, 2005).

I am the Business Developer MEDTECH at FEMTOprint SA now, and I am leading the innovative 3D-printing microtechnology into the industrial market of the Medical Devices.

In my previuos 7-year experience I was the Supervisor of the Implantable Ventricular Assist Devices, MEDTRONIC Inc., and was responsible for Clinical, Technical, Sales & Marketing activities. Managing a team of clinical specialists, I supported the Cardiac Surgeons with the implants in the operating room and the Cardiologists in patients selection and follow-up.

In the Heart Team, I got strong experience also with Trans-Catheter Ventricular Enhancement System for surgical Heart Failure treatment, Cardiovascular systems for Electrophysiology, Implantable Valved Conduits, Systems for Extracorporeal circulation, Surgical Instruments.
