This article introduces the development and simulation service mode of China's power system, and explores the feasibility and necessity of parallel simulation application of electromagnetic transient. The construction goals of a large-scale electromagnetic transient task scheduling platform were elaborated, and the platform architecture was compared with the current situation of the supercomputing center based on the online security analysis distributed parallel computing platform. We have conducted research on key technologies such as the construction and control of a unified resource pool on the platform, and the partitioning and distributed task scheduling mechanism. Based on the technical research, we have constructed a platform and verified the accuracy of parallel computing results on the platform.
