Satellite communication, as the key component of the future 6G&7G communication network, is the main means of realize anytime and anywhere communication. Traditional satellite communication requires dedicated SatCom terminal as WIFI hotspot , or handheld SatCorn terminal for personal communication, using private protocol resulting in expensive prices and rarely used for mass consumer. With the development of LEO constellation Satcom, the satellite system represented by SpaceX and AST that use smartphones to communications with satellite have made it possible to achieve anytime and anywhere communication for mass consumer. This paper summarizes the current development status of satellite-to-smartphone system, then conducts research and analysis on key technologies of satellite networks, explores potential technology roadmap, and finally puts forward suggestions for the future development of satellite-tosmartphone for LEO satellite constellation network.
