We developed the scintillation model of non-uniformly sinc-correlated blue-green (NUSCBG) laser beam in oceanic turbulence based on the cross-spectral density. The scintillation index and intensity are numerically simulated when propagation distances are varied. It is shown that the oceanic turbulence will affect the intensity and scintillation index of non-uniformly sinc-correlated blue-green laser beam. The non-uniformly sinc-correlated blue-green laser beam has a lower scintillation and higher propagation intensity than Gaussian-Schell model (GSM) beam at a certain distances in oceanic turbulence.
