This paper introduced a calibration mechanism that can calibrate the index angle. The control system is designed based on the mechanical body design of the mechanism, which realizes the integration and portability of the calibration device. In the experiment of measuring the displacement angle, the leveler is used to adjust the levelness of the loading mechanism. A bidirectional long-term and short-term memory network (BLSTM) based on deep learning is introduced for artificial intelligence calibration, which processes and analyzes the experimental data. After experimental verification, the online calibration accuracy of the angle sensor has been greatly improved.
This paper presents a turntable system, which can be used for torque, angle calibration. Based on the design of the turntable, the calibration experiment of the turntable system is carried out by using photoelectric autocollimator, and an error harmonic compensation model was established to compensate the angle measurement error of the turntable. The angle measurement accuracy of the designed turntable system is improved.
