Profile Summary

In the youth I started as an precision mechanics and got a master diploma in it, then studying physics and mathematics (INNSBRUCK),Promotion 1973. Afterwards cofounder of an industrial phys. lab. Development of a special production photometer and dealing with a military range finder. 1975 discovery of a fundamental physical effect. YAG-laser pulses could free neutrons out of a special solid state target (Pb-Al-alloy). Normally this should have been started a scientific career but partially my advanced age and a lack of understanding from the scientific side interrupted a further stepping in ("Does not represent the present thinking of physics").
Not unlike 2008 as I went on pension I revised old samples and notices and found what always was in my mind nuclear reaction have been taken place. In particular, it could be explained theoretically how IR-laser light via strong absorption is capable dismanteling surface atomes completely. One year later a close inspection of one of the samples revealed unequivocally that "superficial nuclear fusion" had taken place at the target surface and it could be explained also theoretically. Both facts I alluded on the SPIE conf. "The Nature of Light..", 2009, SAN DIEGO,CA. In 2010 I came across a heavy discrepancy between the neutron´s internal magnetic flux and the lowest one being existent in nature, the flux quant. Solving this oxymoron have led to a completely new understanding of the internal structure of the neutron and the proton. No high energy collision were considered. I will refer about this theme on the SPIE conf. "The Nature of Light..", 2011, SAN DIEGO,CA.

Thus what should have stand on the beginning of an scientific life now stands on the end but in the long run perhaps yet making a valuable footprint.

2013 , SPIE Conf. 8832: "Hidden Variables", unfolded"; describes that a quantum transition´s linewidth and its oscillation strength are responsible for the terminus "hidden variables".
