Abstract
External forces often cause mechanical damage to power system equipment, resulting in large-scale and long-term power outages. In this paper, the reliability of 220kV substations under external force is studied. First, a T-S fault tree that can be used to analyse the reliability of 220kV substations is established. And then, the fuzzy probability of failure of the fault tree basic event under three external force scenarios is obtained by the method of expert fuzzy judgment. Finally, the outage probability and reliability of the substation outgoing line under the three scenarios are calculated using the TS fault tree algorithm. This study is of great significance for further evaluating the reliability of the power system under external force.
