Abstract
In order to solve the problem of analysis and warning of distribution network planned maintenance outage range, a method of analysis and early warning method of power outage range for planned maintenance of distribution network based on logic coding is proposed. Firstly, the outage range analysis model is established through the planned outage range information matrix and the planned outage range associated equipment information matrix. Secondly, the real-time outage comprehensive alarm logic information of the distribution transformer is described through the distribution transformer power failure alarm information logic matrix and the real-time logical coding information matrix of planned outage range associated equipment. Then, the expected standard outage comprehensive alarm logic information of the distribution transformer is described through the standard logical coding information matrix of planned outage range associated equipment. Finally, the difference between the actual outage range and the planned outage range in the maintenance process is described by the planned maintenance outage range alarm information matrix and the planned maintenance outage range difference value. This method can timely alarm the abnormal power outage range, guide relevant personnel to eliminate defects in time, and avoid the occurrence of dangerous events, which has good practical significance.
