Imaging spectroscopy technology combines imaging technology with spectroscopy technology. The most common imaging spectrometers are dispersive imaging spectrometers and interferometric imaging spectrometers. The incident slit of dispersive imaging spectrometers is located on the front focal plane of the collimation system, and the incident light passes through the collimator. After the straight optical system is collimated, the light energy is imaged on different positions of the detector in the order of wavelength by the imaging system after dispersion by the prism or grating, and the target spectrum is directly obtained. The principle is simple and the technology is relatively mature, but the light flux will be affected by the incident slit. The interferometric imaging spectrometer forms an interferogram by introducing different optical path differences into the incident beam, and then uses the Fourier transform relationship between the interferogram and the spectrogram to obtain the spectral information of the object, with high luminous flux, multi-channel and high spectral resolution. The CUDA architecture was developed by NVIDIA and is mainly used in the field of parallel computing. Its core idea is to use the GPU as a co-processor of the CPU, which is responsible for the calculation of a large amount of data and greatly shortens the data calculation time. It has been widely used in finance. Simulation, biological computing, physical simulation, simulation computing and artificial intelligence and other fields. The spectral data processing of the infrared interference spectrometer system mainly includes steps of data rearrangement, de-DC, apodization and Fourier transform. Due to the large amount of calculation of Fourier transform and long calculation time, it seriously affects the real-time application capability of the system. Therefore, this paper proposes a method using base 4 FFT algorithm for implementing fast Fourier transform on GPU platform using CUDA in infrared interference spectrometer system. GPU and the base 4 FFT algorithm are used at the same time to greatly improve the degree of parallelism and shorten the calculation time. A spectral raw image of 640*480*256 band, using the traditional base 2 fast Fourier transform on the CPU takes about 20 minutes to invert into a pseudo-color image. With the algorithm of this paper, the time is shortened to less than 2 minutes.

With the significant progress of the research on two-dimensional (2D) materials, van der Waals heterojunctions constructed by stacking several 2D materials are becoming one of the new methods to explore novel low-dimensional materials and modulate the expected new properties. In this paper, we design and investigate four types of tri-layer van der Waals heterojunctions, bilayer-black-phosphorous(BP)/MoS₂, bilayer-blue-phosphorous(BlueP)/MoS₂, BP/graphene/MoS₂ and BlueP/graphene/MoS₂, in terms of their structure, energy bands, local density of states and differential charge density by the way of first principles calculation. Firstly, the formation energy of the tri-layer heterostructures are lower than the corresponding bilayer ones, so that these four structures are relatively easy to prepare in the experiments and have the possibility for practical application. Secondly, the band gap of the four tri-layer heterostructures are narrower than their corresponding bilayer heterojunctions. For the former two structures, it can be attributed to the same more BP or BlueP layers coupled together, as is one of the most effective means to control the spectral response range of photodetectors and make the band gap more easily modulated. For the latter two tri-layer structures, the significantly reduced band gap results not only from the simple graphene incorporation but also from the interaction of graphene with other two layers. More importantly, BP and BlueP can still maintain their band structure and band gap value, indicating that graphene can be used as a promising candidate material to mediate between phosphorene and metal electrodes for improving the contact performance while maintaining the electronic properties of phosphorene. As can be stressed, the band gap of graphene becomes finite, suggesting that the tri-layer van der Waals heterojunction may be the more effective way to modulate the property of graphene. Thirdly, the density of states of the four tri-layer van der Waals heterostructures have no element overlap near the Fermi level, indicating that the different layers do not chemically interact to destroy their original properties. It thus provides an effective method to manufacture low-dimensional optoelectronic devices based on van der Waals force. Finally, the analysis of the differential charge density proves that charge transport occurs at the heterojunction interface and a built-in electric field is formed. As a whole, the above investigations provide a new design for the construction of low-dimensional van der Waals heterojunction photovoltaic devices and photodetector devices.

Strengthening the daily monitoring of health sign parameters can effectively avoid the occurrence of diseases and accidents. Some current daily monitoring devices are large, inconvenient to operate, and single-functional, which do not meet people's needs for portable daily wearable multi-health parameter monitoring. In response to the above situation, this paper researches and designs a wearable multi-health parameter monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology in combination with telemedicine monitoring technology. The hardware module of this system contains seven parts, including MCU microprocessor, acceleration sensor module, temperature collection module, heart rate and blood oxygen collection module, respiration detection module, Bluetooth module and network communication data transmission module. This system can realize the monitoring of several health parameters such as body temperature, step count, travel distance, heart rate, blood oxygen and respiration. The overall structure adopts miniaturized design, which is easy to be embedded into more portable products. The system is designed with a supporting cell phone APP, through which users can view the measurement results of health parameters and real-time monitoring of dynamic information, which greatly realizes the management of their own health records. In addition to self-monitoring, it can also be transmitted to doctors or medical institutions through the network, which can realize remote monitoring or diagnosis. The experimental results show that the monitoring system is fully functional, small in size and has many measurement parameters. The accuracy of body temperature is 0.1 degree, the error of pedometry is 5%, the respiratory range is ± 346pa, the error of heart rate can reach ±2%+1 times/min, and the error of blood oxygen can reach ±2% in the range of 70-100, which can conveniently meet the needs of people's home daily multi-health parameters monitoring and telemedicine.
