The space information network has become a new generation of national common information infrastructure. It is a hot topic in the academic field to study the optimization method of multi-layer network structure and ensure that the network has high connectivity and the efficiency of information transmission. Aiming to improve the network connectivity and latency performance of spatial information networks, a multi-layer information network optimization method based on the hybrid connection strategy is proposed in this paper, in which we combine the characteristics of different layers of spatial information networks. By improving the target connection strategy, the hybrid connection strategy selects nodes according to the characteristics of different sub networks. Simulation results demonstrate that the network connectivity using this strategy is better than the same-matched, hetero-matched and random connection strategies. With the increase of the number of edges. And the average delay of the whole network optimized by this strategy is also significantly lower than the other three strategies when the number of edges increases.
