Profile Summary

Welcome to my SPIE profile! My name is Sushank Chaudhary. I am an Associate Professor at the School of Computers, Guangdong University of Technology, China. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia and extensive postdoctoral experience at both the Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter and Chulalongkorn University, my career is dedicated to pioneering research and innovative teaching in emerging technologies.

I have authored over 105 papers published in prestigious journals and international conferences, contributing significantly to the fields of free space optics, photonic radar, and immersive technologies. My commitment to excellence in research has been recognized with several accolades, including the Elite Talent Award from the Jinjiang Government and the prestigious Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship for my work on Free Space Optics.

As a Senior Member of IEEE and OSA, and a member of SPIE, I actively engage with the global scientific community. I have had the honor of delivering keynote speeches at prominent events such as the Technology Transfer Summit in Jinan and the IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing and Integrated Networks (SPIN) 2020 in Noida.
My research interests lie at the intersection of metaverse, digital twin, photonic radar, and free space optics, where I strive to push the boundaries of technology and its applications in education and industry.
