Profile Summary

I am a graduate student in Physical Science department in IISER Kolkata. My current research interests includes studying the waveguiding properties in peptides namely diphenylalanine and focussing on their applications in sensing and others. I am also interested in fabricating micropatterns using Laser induced microbubbes. Some of my other interests include studying the dynamics of anisotropic particles trapped in the optical trap. I am enthusiatic about disseminating science to the masses through popular outreach talks, experimental demonstrations, print and the electronic media.
