Eye positioning is an important prerequisite for vehicle-mounted fatigue driving monitoring. In this paper, a windowed gray-scale integral projection algorithm based eye-positioning method is introduced. Firstly, the human eye is positioned by Adaboost algorithm, then the eyebrows are separated by the windowed gray-scale integral projection algorithm, consequently, the accurate positioning of human eye parts is achieved. The experimental results show that the separation effect is obvious and the speed of human eye positioning is significantly improved.
Based on the analysis of mechanical structures and characteristics of several shafting reflecting mirror at home and
abroad, the composition principle of FSM is introduced in detail, and a concrete designing scheme of shaftless FSM is
proposed. Using resonant frequency as a starting point, according to elastic mechanics, a vibration system of FSM is
established. The structure of elastic system of FSM, material, manufacturing and heat treatment are also introduced.
The computer simulation of the structure is completed by using COSMOS software. At last, the corresponding
experimental result of property of open-loop of FSM is also given.
Because of the improvement of carrying capability and speed, the railway train has a higher and higher demand for the rail's straightness in high speed and heavy load. The ideal long-distance railway should be regarded as an ideal circular arc guide-rail. Several data transferring sites along the ideal datum line while using linear datum to demarcate the railway are introduced, and adopting non-diffraction laser beam as collimating datum between each site is also used. PSD is used as photoelectric receiving detector, and a non- diffraction beam is used to improve the collimating precision.
Manual methods of surface defect detection and recognition on steel balls which have large workload and poor reliability are widely used in domestic manufactories. The defects of steel balls' surface have several primary categories, including pitting, scuffing, scratch and nicks. An image processing technology for automatic detection of surface defects on steel balls is proposed. The first step is image segmentation. According to defects' images which have different gray-level histogram, iterative method and mode method are adopted to make binarization. Then, a connected component labeling algorithm to sign the connected region in binary image is also presented. The following and a crucial step was feature extraction. General geometry features and moment invariant features of every connected region are calculated for recognition. Eventually, BP neural network is an efficient approach to recognize classification. Experiment show that mainly 95 percent of the surface defect categories have been classified correctly.
Based on the analysis of principle of tracking and aiming system, some important factors to design the structure of
tracking-aiming system and the layout of optical system are discussed. Besides, the paper gives the present developing
situation of fast-steering mirror at home and abroad, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of FSM with axis, and
presents a novel design of flexible axis FSM. The main axis of composite axis system is tracked by motor to drive the
frame, and the sub-axis is tracked by voice coil motor (VCM) to drive FSM. The structure of FSM and designing
principle of VCM are introduced, and the emulation analyses of inherent frequency and deformation under load of the
FSM with software COSMOS are also given.

The time when the bomb explodes is one of the most important indexes to appraise the test. According to the principles
concerned with explosion radiation, the principle of measuring the time of remote explosion point and composition of
measuring system is introduced. Use CCD to record the explosion radiation, DSP to process and record the highcapacity,
high-speed video signals, and convert the exploding process examined by floating amplifier into digital signals.
Besides, the article analyzes the composing and structural design of the log's optical system, principle of electric control
and floating amplifier, dynamic range of the system, power analysis of the incident light, and how to improve the
accuracy of measurement in great detail.
