The article deals with changes in the amplitude-frequency spectrum of blood flow fluctuations in the perioperative period in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction using computer diagnostics. To study the state of the microcirculatory bed and the mechanisms of its regulation, laser Doppler flowmetry was performed. Available results indicate significant changes at the level of the microcirculation system. Violation of blood circulation of tissues and decrease in body temperature at the end of surgery leads to hypoxia of organs and systems of the body, their dysfunction, and subsequently, insufficient functioning of the parenchymal organs and the development of complications.

The paper proposes the new criterion of spatial resolution of an imaging system. This criterion considers shape and dimensions of a central peak and side lobes of a point spread function, standard deviation of noise. As a result, it helps to reach the optimal balance between the characteristics of a central peak, side lobes and noise. It differs from the widely known full width at half maximum and Sparrow criterion that mainly consider only characteristics of the central peak. There are discussed the digital filter optimal according to the proposed criterion and the limitations in maximization of spatial resolution of imaging systems.
Proposed is a new noncontact method for measurement of axial displacement of electric machine’s rotor in real-time mode and developed is the structural pattern of measurement procedure to implement this.
The article deals with the development of a multifrequency phase method for measuring the range and radial velocity of targets. It is shown that to measure the distances of targets it is necessary to measure the amplitude and phase characteristics by envelope of the spectrum of the probing signal, and to measure the radial velocity - the measurement of the Doppler shift of the spectral components at the intermediate frequency.
