Alex McCafferty-Leroux earned his bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (with Distinction) from Carleton University (Ottawa, Ontario). He is currently working towards a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario) in the area of cognitive control with applications to aerospace and spacecraft. Alex is also a Research Assistant in the Intelligent and Cognitive Engineering (ICE) Laboratory at McMaster University. His research interests include cognitive control, mechatronics, aerospace, and spacecraft.
