Abstract
In this work, a 4D microscopic imaging system was developed for simultaneously 3D topography and hyperspectral measurement. The 4D imaging system exhibited excellent performance, with lateral and axial resolutions of 10 μm in 3D space, and a spectral resolution of 3 nm. Sample experiments were performed on a corn seed. A 2D true color image was fused onto the 3D topography, presenting the seed surface in 4D manner. Additionally, fluorescent hyperspectral imaging was conducted, revealing the different activities of germ and endosperm of the corn seed.
