We studied CsFAMAPbBrI mixed perovskite solar cells with an ultrafast time-resolved transient absorption (TA) spectroscopy using pump-probe setup based on a femtosecond Ti:sapphire laser system(36 fs pulses centered at 805 nm, 1 kHz repetition rate). Frequency-doubled and supercontinuum lights were used as pump and probe beams, respectively. Our study presents a spectroscopic analysis of the dynamics of photo-induced charge carrier generation and decay in perovskite solar cells. We conducted a comparative study on perovskite solar cell devices with/without passivation layer, under various excitation pump intensities, and in a series of atmospheric exposures.
