Abstract
Carbon Nanotubes were synthesized on passive scanning probes and silicon nitride membranes using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) techniques. The catalysts precursors were deposited using a "wet" technique. The synthesized CNT were subsequently characterized using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
