Abstract
The Fraunhofer diffraction on the set of identical holes with the same shape and size is investigated. It is shown that the intensity distribution could be decomposed on two parts. One of them contains information about size and shape of elementary hole. Second one gives information about mutual position of all holes. The spectrum of second component allows to evaluate the degree of holes ordering.
