Abstract

The constructive and technological properties of liquid crystal devices (LCD) in the connection with the variants of their manufacturing by the use of basic technologies created have been considered. A flexible combination of element from different LC-technologies gives a possibility to choose different variants of the device manufacturing and gives prospects for the improvement of LCD with low medium information capacity.
