Abstract
Laser radiation has a wide application in molecules Raman lidar monitoring and concentration measurements in atmosphere for environmental and scientific purposes. Back scattering vibrational Raman lidar equation computer simulation for hydrogen and iodine molecules and its heavy isotopes with YAG-Nd, copper vapor and eximer lasers have been made to choose optimal lidar system for studied molecules monitoring in atmosphere. Background stray sunlight power were calculated to determine the minimum detectable molecules concentrations at ranging distances up to 6 km.
