Abstract
Polarization properties of non-reference hologram formed by two depolarized speckle-beams have been revealed, which consist in a selective character of the hologram with respect to waves with a certain structure of their wavefront and inhomogeneous polarization. The spatially-polarization behavior of a fundamental mode in parametric space of a holographic laser with birefringent plates providing polarization coupling between different specklones in the mode has been analyzed. The conditions have been defined under which the amplitude-phase relations between these specklones, necessary for a possibility of vector phase conjugation by the technique of a holographic laser, are achieved. The preliminary experiments in the holographic laser with hologram recording using nonlinearity of gain saturation of a laser YAG:Nd medium support the basic conclusions of the model.
