Abstract

There are 48 cases on the lower lid transconjunctival belpharoplastry with ultrapulse CO₂ laser produced by American Coherent Company. Compared the result, we concluded it is better to incise the tissue with the ultrapulse CO₂ laser than that with the continue-wave CO₂ laser. The former can prevent granulation tissue over growing in the wound and improve wound healing.
