Abstract
The efficiency of mid-infrared spectrometry as a quantitative analysis method depends on the choice of an adequate presentation of the sample. For powder analysis, we have developed a method built on three advantages: the rapidity of Fourier transform spectroscopy, fast solvent elimination, and good peak resolution. For enhancing peak intensity in Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) spectroscopy we used non dissolving and evaporating liquids.
