Abstract

The current impetus for examining the interaction of nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA or H₃X, where X equals N(CH₂COO)₃^3-) molecules with (gamma) -alumina support by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy is chiefly related to the preparation of new heterogeneous dispersed catalysts.
