Abstract
At present acousto-optic (AO) spectrum analyzers have proven to be the most promising devices for the real-time noise control in spread-spectrum radio signal detection. In order to estimate their efficiency two methods of delay search control for signals with the variance in the carrier frequencies are compared on the basis of statistical modelling: with and without taking into account the current noise spectrum density at the full communication link frequency bandwidth. The first method is shown to provide a considerable decrease in the radiocommunication system synchronization time. This value is two times less than that obtained through the second method.
