Abstract
We demonstrate an InP-based optoelectronic integrated logic circuit for use in optical interconnection networks. The electrical power and control of the circuit are provided by optical sources. The logic circuit can be dynamically tuned to operate as an amplifier, a bistable switch and a latch/reset.
