Abstract
In the actual industrial production, the monitoring and visual measurement of the temperature distribution in the boiler furnace play an important role in the safe operation of the boiler. Acoustic tomography has the advantages of contactless sensing, and is widely used in industrial furnace temperature field detection and other related fields. The main technique is the temperature field reconstruction model and algorithm. In this paper, for the integral on the line segment located in a small area, instead of the function value of the line segment formula instead and using the rectangular formula, but the function value on the Gaussian node into the linear combination of the region and its vicinity and using the Gaussian quadrature formula for calculation. In order to solve the uncomfortable qualitative problem caused by the many few variables, we construct the relationship between two directional derivatives and partial derivatives. Numerical simulation experiments show that the established model can reconstruct the temperature distribution very well.
