Abstract
This paper takes Z hazardous chemicals enterprise as an example, analyzes its sales and transportation problems, and optimizes the sales and transportation. The optimal hazardous chemicals sales plan is obtained with the goal of minimum transportation cost. According to the obtained sales plan results as input, a heuristic algorithm is designed to minimize the time for the last carrier to leave the refinery. Provide decision support for the sales and transportation of hazardous chemicals enterprises, and provide feasible solutions for the sales and transportation of hazardous chemicals.
