Abstract
With the rapid development of logistics industry, the demand for environmental logistics becomes more and more important. This paper identifies and extracts 16 influencing factors of environmental logistics capability from four aspects: customer demand, environmental protection, development strategy and corporate governance; firstly, the mechanism model is constructed by interpretative structural model (ISM) to obtain the five-level recursive relationship among the influencing factors. Secondly, the cross-influence matrix multiplication for classification model (MICMAC) is applied to explore the driving force and reliability degree of the influencing factors. Finally, the environmental logistics optimization strategy is proposed.
