Abstract
Since the advent of automobiles for more than one hundred years, especially since the mass production of automobiles and the great development of automobile industry, automobiles have exerted immeasurable influence on the development of the world economy and the modern life of mankind. With the continuous improvement of China's economic construction level, all walks of life have entered a new development stage, and the automobile design and manufacturing industry has presented new characteristics. As the key component of automobile powertrain system, the reliability and durability of transmission directly affect the overall function of automobile. In order to further improve the stability of automobile structure and give full play to the advantages of stepless transmission, it is necessary to optimize and improve the disadvantages of mechanical transmission mechanism of automobile at present. In this paper, the CAE analysis software is combined with the traditional analysis method, and the selection of transmission, the matching of speed ratio and the optimization of speed ratio are comprehensively considered by CAE analysis software from the perspective of vehicle power and economy, so that the structure of the compound inner raceway of the rotor-disk group of automobile stepless transmission is optimized.
