Abstract
This article This paper proposes a path planning and optimization method for forklifts in flat warehouses, taking into account the constraints of storage docking points and channel capacity. Corresponding mathematical models are established. By adding storage docking points to the forklift's travel path, the efficiency and accuracy of forklift operation during cargo handling are improved. At the same time, this paper also considers the impact of factors such as forklift travel speed on path planning and optimization. Experimental results show that this method can effectively avoid conflicts and collisions between forklifts, improve the operational efficiency of forklifts and the speed of goods circulation in warehouses, and provide strong support and reference for improving the operational efficiency and reducing operating costs of flat warehouses.
