Abstract
With the constant popularization of books and journals and the advent of intelligence at this stage, the printing industry continues to develop and the printing equipment is also constantly improving and innovating. This project has designed a working table of oil dipping mechanism of full-automatic intermittent transmission printing machine, mainly including the prime mover, oil roller and ink plate. Various transmission devices are installed in the cabinet space to coordinate with each other to achieve the work of the printing machine. The internal device is based on matrix laboratory, automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system simulation software to determine the cam rocker mechanism, crank slider mechanism and gear mechanism, which has a high accuracy. On the basis of the traditional printing machine, this worktable realizes the integration of ink supply, paper feeding and printing, the installation of single motor automatic control, intermittent transmission and mechanism motion cycle to realize the full automation of the printing worktable, and ensure the printing quality.
