Abstract
This article is based on the methodology logical framework approach (LFA), developed by the USAID organization, suitable as well to guide large-scale equipment manufacturing project evaluations. The main application of the indicator system is to determine the feasibility in evaluation of a new civil aircraft project, from the view of enterprise‘s “project portfolio” management. In the mean time, LFA could also help enterprise management level to monitor the projects in process, as review techniques, to help make decisions whether to resume or end a project in time.
