Abstract
At present, the air compressor unit in the fast unloading system of the semi submersible lifting and disassembling platform adopts the power frequency step operation mode, which has low automation degree and large energy consumption. This paper proposes an optimal control method for the semi submersible platform fast unloading system. Based on the fractional order PIλDμ controller and the particle swarm optimization theory, a fractional order PIλDμ controller based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to optimize the operating frequency of the variable frequency air compressor. It is of great significance to excavate the potential of energy saving through frequency conversion transformation and optimization of frequency conversion control algorithm.
