Abstract
Fluorescence microscopes are essential in the fields of biomedical research and the characterization of new materials. However, traditional fluorescence microscopes are harmful to certain samples, produce a relatively low resolution, and have relatively low portability. The purpose of this paper is to introduce several methods to improve fluorescence microscopes in four different aspects. Possible aspects of improvements are also analyzed in this paper. The paper is overall based on the investigations and analyses of relative research. This paper finds that Light source, illumination, resolution, and portability are four major fields for future improvements.
