In the field of railway transportation, the technical operation time standard of train is an important guarantee for efficiently managing the station and ensuring the safety of various operations. The existence of human factors or emergencies will inevitably affect the accuracy of the raw data on the spot, and then interfere with calculating the technical operation time standard of train. However, the traditional calculating process do not take this problem into account. Therefore, the paper proposes a new process to analyze the technical operation time standard of train. Firstly, the weakening buffer algorithm based on grey theory is used to stabilize the raw data series with large fluctuation. It can effectively reduce the detrimental effect of stochastic volatility in the raw data before determining the technical operation time standard. Then, the paper uses the CRITIC method to analyze the information value of each group of raw data. Therefore, the weights of corresponding parameters during the calculation can be determined. In this way, the rationality of calculating the technical operation time standard can be improved. Finally, taken the Guangzhou Railway Station as an example, the paper describes the process of analyzing technical operation time standard proposed. Through the comparison and analysis of results, the validity of new process is verified.
