Abstract
Grind-hardening has broad application prospects as a green compound machining method. By summarizing the research progress of grind-hardening, the constituent elements of grind-hardening surface integrity were further analyzed. The three factors affecting grind-hardening surface integrity are surface quality, surface quality and edge quality. It was concluded that exploring the active control method of grind-hardening quality would be a research hotspot in the future. Furthermore, it was very necessary to establish evaluation and quality control system for grind-hardening surface integrity.
