Abstract
Based on the liquid film heat and mass transfer theory, this paper establishes a mathematical model consistent with the actual product, and combines the actual operating parameters of the product to study the influence laws of steam-water two-phase flow, heat transfer, and mass transfer characteristics. As a result, several sets of heat exchange plates with different structures were developed, an experimental bench was built and experimental research was carried out to verify the numerical analysis results and obtain the optimal spacing of the plates.
