Abstract
The existing manufacturability evaluation methods of key marine diesel engine components are not advanced enough, and they have low accuracy. In this paper, an intelligent evaluation method for manufacturability based on the MBD model is proposed. The contents and construction approaches of the evaluation data resource database are elaborated which provides data sources for the implementation of the evaluation method. The intelligent evaluation of the manufacturability of parts is performed from different angles. The structural process evaluation method based on the T-S fuzzy neural network intelligent decision-making model is verified by example; the feasibility and accuracy of the method are verified by example.
