Abstract
With the continuous development of computer technology, the application of network information technology in physical education and training, and truly realize the excess of information technology system and disclosure mode. At present, with the continuous progress of human society, China's economy is also showing a development trend under this background, and information technology has also made continuous achievements under the economic development. In order to improve the quality and level of the sports training system, it is necessary to fully integrate computer technology to build a more reasonable and effective data analysis mode. This paper analyzes the application of network information technology in the physical education training system, analyzes the modern physical education training, and puts forward their own opinions, aiming to improve the progress of physical education training in China, accelerate the development of sports field, so as to promote the development of sports in China.
