Abstract
The arrival of the Internet era has spawned a new travel agency business model, namely online travel agency, e-commerce spawned a new travel agency model, which has brought a huge blow to the operation of traditional travel agencies. In addition, although the rise of online tourism is determined by the digital, information era; But more importantly, compared with the single and fixed products of traditional travel agencies, the emerging tourism products highlighting depth, personality and quality can better meet the imagination and expectation of current consumers for tourism. Faced with the impact of online travel agencies, traditional travel agencies have to keep pace with the development of The Times and make full use of information and digital reform.
