Abstract
The general rehabilitation training effect can be improved by clustering according to the degree of cognitive impairment and targeted rehabilitation training for the same type of patients. A patient clustering algorithm is proposed based on Kmeans to realize the rapid classification of patients with cognitive impairment. This work carried out a two-dimensional K-means clustering experiment and a multi-dimensional K-means clustering experiment using MOCA diagnosis information of patients obtained from the ADNI database as the actual data set. The modified cosine similarity method was used to examine the similarity between the eigenvalues of users in the same cluster in which way the clustering effect of the traditional K-means algorithm was verified on various data.
