Abstract
As the basic guarantee of public life, living materials are particularly important in emergencies and natural disasters. Taking the new crown epidemic as an example, the urgency index of materials at the demand point is established to minimize the total cost of material transportation and maximize the delivery time. As the goal, construct a fair distribution model for emergency medical supplies that considers multiple distribution centers, multiple demand points, and multiple goals.
