Abstract
With the frequent disasters in recent years, the importance of emergency logistics has gradually come to the fore. The distribution optimization of emergency logistics has always been an important part of emergency logistics, and a reasonable distribution path can not only save the economy but also protect the lives and properties of the affected people in a timely manner, which has always been of great concern to scholars. The article considers the priority distribution of emergency supplies and the different priorities of the affected areas in the context of the actual situation when an emergency situation occurs. Also considering the problem of demand uncertainty and disaster area priority due to unexpected events in the disaster area, the grey theory model is used to predict the uncertain demand and the hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the disaster area priority. The emergency material distribution model considering priority and demand uncertainty is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is designed to solve it and obtain the optimal distribution path, which verifies the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
