Abstract

The SOFA software package is a library of standards of fundamental astronomy developed by IAU institution for Linux users. To the problem that the software is inconvenient to use in Windows platform, two methods for compiling the SOFA software package in Windows platform are introduced, which is convenient for Windows users to call the software package, and the compiled library can be used by nonorbit mechanics engineers to simplify the complexity of software development.
