Abstract
A certain type frequency measuring module appears in the measurement signal. In order to solve this problem, the design principle of the module is analyzed. Establish a fault tree, analyze the cause of the failure, and finalize the cause of the fault. The measurement frequency at a high and low temperature measurement frequency is 256 kHz. The measurement of the measured value is the measurement of the measured frequency, the resonance frequency stability is ± 30 * 10-6, and the measurement absolute accuracy is ± 1 Hz. Considering a variety of factors, it is recommended to replace the crystal and relax frequency measurement accuracy indicators to ± 8Hz without replacement of the frequency measurement accuracy index.
