As an important enabling way to realize digital transformation and promote intelligent upgrading, digital twins have been attracting attention from all walks of life, and have moved from theoretical research to practical application. At present, most domestic elevators still use the traditional dispatching system. The traditional elevator dispatching system can't realize intelligent elevator man-machine interaction, which leads to a series of problems such as low efficiency and poor linkage of elevator group control. Thus, this paper designs an intelligent elevator dispatching system based on digital twins, which combines digital twins with artificial intelligence identification technology, internet of things, cloud database technology and so on. The system consists of four parts: physical elevator model, virtual elevator model, elevator twin data model and mobile phone client. Furthermore, the rational allocation of elevator resources is strengthened, and the interaction ability between elevators and passengers is enhanced. While improving the comfort of passengers, it also reduces the energy consumption of the elevator macroscopically.
