Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of transmission line project investment scale, the increasing national investment control of power grid enterprises and the change of business mode of power grid enterprises, higher requirements have been put forward for the lean control level of transmission line project cost. Therefore, combined with the requirements of transmission line engineering cost management and control, this paper constructs an index system for monitoring project cost variation based on big data analysis, and applies the normal distribution theory to construct corresponding monitoring technology methods. The method can provide technical guidance for improving the cost control level of transmission line engineering.
